The Magic Kingdom Resorts:
- Contemporary, Polynesian, Grand Floridian, Wilderness Lodge and Ft. Wilderness Resort & campgrounds. These resorts are located along Bay Lake and Seven Seas Lagoon. There are 5 miles of beach between them!
The Epcot Area Resorts:
- Caribbean Beach Resort, Walt Disney's Swan & Dolphin, the Beach Club, and the Yacht Club.
The Animal Kingdom Resort:
- Coronado Springs Resort.
All Though the Downtown Disney Area Resorts, Old Key West, Port Orleans Resorts - Riverside & French Quarter, and the Saratoga Springs all have marinas, none have beaches.
None of the Value Resorts have beaches or marinas. However, the Pop Century Resort has a lake where you can fish (catch and release only).
Walt Disney World doesn't allow swimming at any of their beaches, because there is a bacteria in the water that can make you sick.
